Shawn Bagley is a man who works tirelessly to bring about positive evolution from the community streets to county, state and federal level governments. People describe him as energetic, charismatic and visionary. One of Shawn’s hallmark efforts has been his work to establish and grow community centers known as Centers for Change, which serve as gathering places and meeting spaces from which good works can be done.
